1. PURPOSE
THINHNAM™ respects copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights and is committed to protecting its original creative works from unauthorized reproduction, recording, copying, adaptation, publication, distribution, livestreaming, rebroadcasting, re-uploading, mirroring, or commercial exploitation.
This Copyright Policy identifies the categories of THINHNAM™ material that may be protected and explains the Company's approach to copyright ownership, evidence, authorization, and enforcement.
2. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP
THINHNAM™ owns, controls, licenses, or is otherwise authorized to exercise applicable rights in original creative works created by or for THINHNAM™, subject to the terms of any applicable agreement or license.

3. MATERIAL NOT CLAIMED AS COPYRIGHT-PROTECTED MERELY BY APPEARING ON THE WEBSITE
THINHNAM™ does not claim copyright ownership merely because information appears on its Website.
Unless protectable through a particular original expression, selection, arrangement, compilation, or other legally protected element, this Policy does not claim exclusive copyright in:
- Facts
- Ideas
- Methods
- Systems
- Public information
- Official information
- Common knowledge
- Raw numbers
- Raw data
- Short factual statements
- Material in the public domain
- Third-party material for which THINHNAM™ does not own or control the relevant rights
A third party's use of an unprotected fact or item of raw information is not automatically copyright infringement.
However, copying THINHNAM™ original graphics, images, videos, written expression, animations, audiovisual works, or other protectable expression used to present such information may constitute unauthorized use.
4. ORIGINAL EXPRESSION AND CREATIVE PRESENTATION
Copyright protection may apply to THINHNAM™ original expression and, where applicable, original selection, coordination, arrangement, graphics, visual presentation, images, written material, audiovisual material, or other creative elements.
The fact that a third party manually retypes, redraws, recreates, reformats, or rearranges material does not by itself make the use lawful. Whether a recreated work infringes copyright depends on whether legally protected expression has been copied and on applicable copyright law and exceptions.
5. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Except where THINHNAM™ expressly grants permission in writing or applicable law permits the use, THINHNAM™ reserves all applicable rights in its protected original works.
Accessing, viewing, or using the Website does not transfer copyright ownership and does not grant a general license to reproduce or redistribute protected content.
6. COPYRIGHT RECORDS AND OWNERSHIP EVIDENCE
THINHNAM™ may maintain records to support ownership, authorship, publication history, and enforcement, including:
- Original source files
- Original images and video files
- Creation records
- Publication dates
- Original Website URLs
- Archived Website versions
- Project files
- File metadata
- Version history
- Screenshots
- Internal creation records
- Contracts, assignments, or licenses
- Records identifying authors or creators
- Other evidence relevant to ownership or authorization
A Website copyright notice or this Policy may support notice of THINHNAM™ rights, but the existence of this Policy alone does not establish ownership of every item appearing on the Website.
7. COPYRIGHT ENFORCEMENT
Where THINHNAM™ reasonably believes that a protected original work has been used without authorization, THINHNAM™ may preserve evidence, investigate the use, contact the user or platform, and submit an appropriate copyright removal request or other legal complaint.
Any complaint should be limited to material for which THINHNAM™ has a legitimate copyright basis or authority to act.
